Sharonda Bowman is a native of Guyton, Georgia and was born and raised in Effingham County. Sharonda began work at a very young age with her mother at a local restaurant called Blockers Fine Foods. She worked there as a work-ready program student for four years of high school.

After graduating high school, Sharonda became very passionate about her personal image. She always kept her hair, as well as her appearance, in the best shape. She began to get requests for hair appointments, so as the requests grew, her father, Mr. Louder, saw that she had the gift in her of being a great customer service representative as well as being a great hairstylist. 

After working for 5 Years at Walmart and attending cosmetology school in Savannah, Georgia, Sharonda became employed with her father, working alongside him for 15 years.

In 2014, Sharonda opened up our very own salon in Rincon, Georgia and it became  very successful and thrived. In 2020 due to the pandemic, the salon became very slow and had to transition or close. This opened an opportunity for Sharonda to become an educator and instructor of cosmetology during the thick of the pandemic. Since then, Sharonda returned back to school to get her education as a master educator at Albany Beauty Academy.

Shortly after retaining her diploma, she decided to pursue the endeavor of opening a beauty school. Now the school is S Nevaeh Beauty Academy, where Sharonda is their lead instructor, looking to educate, empower and enlighten students on how to become a thriving and successful salon or barbershop owner.
